£1m. Housing Association contract success

Amos Group has successfully won a £1million contract from East Midlands Housing Association to design and build ten affordable homes in the Peak Park village of Baslow.

The new properties will be built in natural materials with a contract schedule for completion during early summer 2009.

“We are delighted to play a part in projects such as this which provide much-needed homes for local people in rural area,” said Amos Group Director Will Thomson.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in Baslow, Amos Group are due to hand over a development of six new homes to Equity Housing Association. The two/three bedroom houses have been completed on time and to budget.
