Bradbourne Mill, Derbyshire
Flour has been ground at Bradbourne Mill since the 15th Century. The oldest surviving watermill in Derbyshire, these historic stone buildings have played a key part in the local community ever since.
The present mill house dates from 1726 with its adjoining mill buildings and barns from a similar era, the site is today protected by Grade II Listing.
Sensitively restored and converted, new life has been breathed into Bradbourne Mill as the setting for five individual homes: the four-bedroom Old Mill House, two truly “one-off” homes created in the watermill itself and two spacious barn conversions.
